Back in 2004 Melissa and I had the privilege of heading to France for a magical 2 weeks of motorsport history. The Le Mans 24 Hours and The Grand Prix de l’Age d’Or at the historic Autodrome de Linas-Montlhéry the classic banked oval about 35 kms outside of Paris.
That was the final Grand Prix de l’Age Dor held at the track, but two years later we returned to the event at it’s new home of Dijon.
This weekend the de l’Age Dor is back at Dijon and you can watch it live.
With the Le Mans Classic just around the corner this year’s event concentrates on open-wheelers and touring cars.
And if the racing is anything like it was back in 2006 when we were last there it will be well worth watching.
