Round 2 of the Japanese Super Formula series is live from the Autopolis. Heavy rain washed out Qualifying so let’s see how raceday goes. Last season, the race had to be cancelled due to the weather, but the forecast is modestly encouraging.
New Zealand driver Nick Cassidy (VANTELIN TEAM TOM’S) pulled off a victory in Rd. 1 at Suzuka but there’s a host of fast young rookies on his tail and if the race is wet, then fighting the 600BHP turbocharged 2 litre machines around the tricky Autopolis circuit will no be easy.
