Time Attack isn’t for everybody, for many traditionalists all that time, effort and dollars into a car that “races” once or twice a year for a few laps at a time isn’t something they’re into.
But no one can deny that at the top level these cars are incredible.
Blisteringly fast with relatively few restrictions on modifications, Time Attack is really no different to a very long hillclimb.
The World Time Attack at Sydney Motorsport Park is the biggest event of it’s kind in Australia so if you want to see the best tune in for the livestream.
But be quick, they’re not out there for very long.
